We currently ship to most countries worldwide, and we will select the nearest warehouse based on the shipping address to fulfill your order.

Orders typically require 1–3 business days for processing and preparation before shipment.

Because outdoor kitchen cabinets and modules are heavy items, orders may ship using:

  • Standard ground shipping

  • Freight carriers

  • LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) delivery

  • Palletized shipment

The shipping method will be selected based on the size and weight of your order.

Estimated delivery time after shipment:

  • United States: 7–14 business days

  • Other Regions: 45–60 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and carrier schedules.

  1. Freight Delivery Notice

Large outdoor kitchen orders may be delivered by freight truck.

For freight shipments:

  • Delivery is typically curbside

  • Someone must be available to receive the shipment

  • The carrier may contact you to schedule delivery

Please make sure your phone number is correct when placing your order.

  1. Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery.

If you notice damage:

  • Take photos immediately

  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt

  • Contact us within 5 days

Do not discard packaging until the inspection is complete.

Failure to report damage within 5 days may limit our ability to file a claim.

Vestivium is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
