What's included
Three modules. One complete kitchen.
Every module arrives pre-assembled and on casters. Arrange them in a line, an L, or split them across the deck — and change your mind next season.
Grill island
99,500 BTU total. Six main burners, an infrared rear burner for the rotisserie, and a side burner for sauces and sides. 38" × 18" cooking surface.
Refrigeration
A 68L outdoor-rated refrigerator behind a single stainless door. Drinks and prep stay where you're cooking.
Sink & storage
A full sink with a cabinet underneath. Rinse, prep and store without walking back inside.
Why it's different
Everything a built-in kitchen gives you. None of the construction.
You stop leaving your guests
Cooking, water, cold storage and prep space in one purchase. No more trips back to the indoor kitchen mid-service.
Ready in an hour, not in six weeks
It arrives pre-assembled and crated. Roll the modules into place, connect the gas, and cook the same afternoon.
Professional-grade power
Six main burners plus an infrared rear burner and a side burner. Enough surface and heat to cook for twelve without staging.
Built to stay outside
SUS304 stainless throughout — the grade used in commercial kitchens — not the thinner 201 or 430 found on most outdoor units.
It follows you
Every module rides on casters. Rearrange it each season, roll it out of the way for winter, take it with you if you move.
Configured around your space
Choose your modules and your countertop, and have a specialist validate the layout before you order.
How it compares
The gap between a grill and a build
Most people choose between a premium grill that doesn't go far enough and a custom build that costs four times as much. Here is what sits between them.
| Premium grill alone | Vestivium SERA-C | Custom built-in kitchen | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What you get | Grill only | Grill, refrigerator, sink, storage | Fully custom, built to plan |
| Typical cost | $2,000 – $4,000 | $5,999 complete | $15,000 – $30,000 |
| Time to first cook | Same day | About 1 hour after delivery | 4–8 weeks of construction |
| Site work required | None | None — no foundation or permit | Foundation, utilities, often a permit |
| If you move | Comes with you | Comes with you — on casters | Stays with the house |
| Changing your mind later | Buy more standalone pieces | Add or rearrange modules | Demolition |

Installation
Delivered on a pallet. Cooking the same afternoon.
No foundation, no masonry, no specialised tools. Roll each module into place and connect the gas.
Delivery
Your kitchen arrives on a pallet, pre-assembled and crated. Curbside delivery in 7–14 business days from our US warehouses. You'll be contacted to schedule a delivery window. Someone needs to be there to sign, and the truck needs curbside access
Uncrate
Cut the straps, lift the panels away. No flat-pack, no hardware bags, no instruction manual marathon. All you need is a box cutter. Plan for two people on the grill island: it's the heavy one, and lifting it square keeps the doors aligned.
Position
Roll each module into place on its casters and lock the wheels. Line, L-shape or split across the deck — your call. Nothing here is permanent — you can rearrange the run next season, or roll it out of the way for winter.
Connect
Attach the regulator to your propane tank, or connect to your natural gas line. Natural gas installation must be completed by your local gas provider or qualified licensed technician Plug the refrigerator into a standard outdoor outlet.
What you'll need to arrange: a level surface, a propane tank or an existing natural gas line, and a standard outdoor outlet for the refrigerator. If you're connecting to natural gas, local codes may require a licensed installer for the final hook-up.

Project Design Service
Your space isn't standard? Neither is the configuration.
The configuration above fits most decks and patios. If yours runs in an L or a U, if access is tight, if you're adding or removing modules, or if you're coordinating with a renovation or a pool build — one of our specialists will draw your layout before you order.
- A scaled layout plan of your space, with clearances marked
- A validated module configuration — what to add, what to drop
- Access and delivery check: gate widths, steps, turning room
- Gas and electrical requirements written out for your installer
Free, no obligation, and the same price either way — we don't quote differently over chat.
“Send me a photo of your space and the rough dimensions. You'll have a scaled layout and a validated module list back within 24 hours.”

Questions
What buyers ask before ordering
How do I judge the build quality without seeing it in person?
Fair question, and the honest answer is: by the evidence, not by our adjectives. Every surface is SUS304 stainless — the same grade used in commercial kitchens, not the 201 or 430 you'll find on most outdoor units. The close-up photography above shows the welds and edge finishing unretouched. Every unit carries a 5-year warranty, our return policy is published in full, and if you'd rather talk to a person before spending $5,999, a specialist will walk you through it.
Is it really ready in an hour? What do I actually have to do?
Yes — the modules arrive assembled, not flat-packed. Your work is uncrating, rolling each module into position, locking the casters, and connecting the fuel.
What's on your side: a level surface, a propane tank or an existing natural gas line, and a standard outdoor outlet for the refrigerator. If you're connecting to natural gas, local codes may require a licensed installer for the final hook-up.
Why is it $5,999 when I can buy a grill for $2,000?
Because this isn't a grill. Priced separately, a comparable 6-burner unit, an outdoor-rated refrigerator, a plumbed sink cabinet and the stainless casework come to more than $5,999 — and they wouldn't match or sit flush. The other comparison worth making is upward: a custom built-in kitchen with the same functions runs $15,000 to $30,000 and takes four to eight weeks of construction.
Will it survive my winters? My coastline?
SUS304 stainless is the grade specified for marine and commercial environments precisely because of chloride and moisture exposure — it's a meaningful step above the 201 and 430 stainless common at lower price points. A waterproof cover is included. In freezing climates, drain the sink line before the first hard freeze; beyond that, maintenance is a wipe-down with warm water and a non-abrasive cloth.
Will it fit my patio?
The full three-module line is 102.2" wide, 22.7" deep and 47.2" tall — a little over eight and a half feet in a straight run. You'll want at least 36" of clearance in front to work comfortably. Because the modules are independent, you can also break the run into an L or split it across two walls. If you're not sure, send us your dimensions and we'll draw it.
Can I change the configuration — more storage, no refrigerator?
Yes. The modules are independent units, so the configuration is genuinely yours to set — and you can add to it later rather than replacing anything. Non-standard configurations are quoted by a specialist so we can confirm fit and delivery access before you order.
What happens if something goes wrong after delivery?
We ship and warehouse in the United States, which means replacement parts ship domestically rather than from overseas. The 5-year warranty covers the structure, the burners and the components. Support runs through the same specialists who handle configuration — not an outsourced ticket queue.
How long does delivery take?
7 to 14 business days within the contiguous United States, shipped free from our US warehouses. Delivery is curbside on a pallet; you'll be contacted to schedule. International orders run 45 to 60 days.
