Returns & Refunds

Due to the size and weight of Vestivium products. We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality issues.
If there is a product quality problem:
1. Please contact our customer service at service@vestivium.com
2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and product photos or videos
3. After approval, we will provide a return address
After receiving your return or exchange request, we will take up to 7 business days to review it. We will respond to you as soon as the review is complete and process your request within 15 business days.

 

Shipping Damage

Although we take every precaution to prevent damage, it can occasionally occur.

All visible shipping damages must be noted on the delivery slip before signing for any package or shipment.

Any shipping damage must be reported to Vestivium within 72 hours of receiving your order so we can process a complete claim.

If you report within 72 hours, Vestivium will arrange for repair or replacement of the damaged product at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Claims for shipping damage reported after 72 hours may not be eligible for full compensation.

In such cases, Vestivium will do its best to assist with repair or replacement, but shipping and repair fees will be the customer’s responsibility.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Vestivium reserves the right to assess repair or restocking fees where applicable; however, obvious shipping damages will not incur restocking charges.
