Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful order placement.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods listed at checkout. Full payment is required before shipment.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship from both the U.S. and China, depending on product availability. If you are a customer in the United States and have time-sensitive delivery requirements for the products you wish to purchase, please contact us first.

Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days

Delivery Time:

Preparation time：7-15 days （Orders shipped from our US warehouse do not require any preparation time.)
From U.S. warehouse: 7–14 business days
From China warehouse: 45–60 days

The exact delivery time and shipping cost will be calculated based on the order weight and destination country/region. The final shipping cost will be confirmed during checkout.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order is dispatched.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the size and weight of Vestivium products. We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality issues.
If there is a product quality problem:
1. Please contact our customer service at info@vestivium.com
2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and product photos or videos
3. After approval, we will provide a return address
After receiving your return or exchange request, we will take up to 7 business days to review it. We will respond to you as soon as the review is complete and process your request within 15 business days.

All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by Vestivium or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided “as is” without any warranties except those expressly stated. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
