Where do your outdoor kitchens ship from?
We have established overseas warehouses in various locations around the world. We have three warehouses in the United States—two in California and one in Houston—and we will select the nearest warehouse based on the order address for shipping.

How long does outdoor kitchen delivery take?
Processing usually takes a few business days. Delivery time depends on the size of the order and shipping method. Large outdoor kitchen cabinets may ship by freight and take longer than small parcels.

Do outdoor kitchen cabinets ship by freight?

Do I need to be home for freight delivery?

GAS & GRILL QUESTIONS

Do your outdoor kitchens support natural gas or propane?
Most grill modules are available in natural gas (NG) or liquid propane (LP). Please select the correct option before ordering.

Can I convert propane to natural gas later?
Some grills may allow conversion kits, but this should be confirmed before purchase. Always use a licensed professional for gas work.

Is professional gas installation required?
Gas installation is relatively simple. We recommend having it done by a professional.

How long is the outdoor kitchen warranty?
Warranty coverage may vary by product, with structural components covered for up to 5 years.

Can I return an outdoor kitchen if I change my mind?
Returns may be accepted within 30 days if the product is unused and in original packaging. Installed outdoor kitchens cannot be returned.

Is there a restocking fee for large returns?
Large freight returns may be subject to restocking fees and return shipping charges.
