At Vestivium, we take pride in the quality of our modular outdoor kitchen products. Because our items are large, heavy, and often shipped by freight, our return and refund policy follows industry standards for outdoor kitchen and cabinet systems. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items only.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

The item must be in original packaging

The item must not be assembled, mounted, or modified

A return authorization must be issued by Vestivium before the item is shipped back

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom or made-to-order products

Special configurations or bulk orders

Clearance or final sale items

Used or damaged items not caused by shipping

Products returned without authorization

All returns must be approved in advance.

If approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

Shipping damage

Manufacturer defect

Incorrect item sent by Vestivium
Because outdoor kitchen products are freight shipments, return shipping costs may be significant.
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Freight Delivery & Inspection
All freight deliveries must be inspected at the time of delivery.
If damage is found:

Note the damage on the delivery receipt

Take photos of packaging and product

Contact us within 5 days
Failure to report damage within 5 days may void the claim.
Do not discard packaging until the inspection is complete.

Refused Delivery
If a shipment is refused without prior approval:

Shipping costs will not be refunded

Return freight charges will be deducted

A restocking fee may apply
Please contact us before refusing any shipment.

Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs, freight charges, and restocking fees may be deducted from the refund.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
Custom or special-order products cannot be canceled once production has started.
Note: If you cancel your order before it ships, an additional 5% transaction fee will be charged.
