Vestivium Warranty Registration & Warranty Claims Requests

 

We guarantee your Vestivium truck bed cover 2 years warranty from the date of retail purchase, provided the damage is not caused by human error. Warranty service requires warranty registration and/or proof of original purchase (details to be provided separately). This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the Vestivium product.

What to Include in Your Email

 

Please make sure your email includes the following information:

  • Purpose of Contact: Warranty Registration, Warranty Claim, or Return Request
  • Order Number
  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • SKU / Part Number
  • Purchase Date
  • Place of Purchase
  • Any Additional Information or Comments:For example, photos or videos of the faulty or damaged parts, or other detailed information.

After receiving your after-sales service request, we will take up to 7 business days to review it. We will respond to you as soon as the review is complete and process your request within 15 business days.
